Search Engine Optimization for Nonprofit Writers

As a writer, you invest a great deal of time and effort into creating original content for your website, but you’re probably not spending enough time on the tool that can help you get your content in front of more people: search engine optimization. To draw more visitors to your website, you have to learn to combine your creativity with the technology of the web.

In this session you’ll learn how to incorporate smart formatting, targeted keywords and meta tag content into your writing process. You’ll also get a friendly introduction to the basics of the Google search algorithm and learn how to free tools to help you get on Google’s good side!
